All COD orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. However, prepaid orders may be shipped without telephonic confirmation. 

We strive to dispatch all orders received & confirmed before 5 PM on the same business day. Otherwise it shall be dispatched on the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Saturday. While Sunday is a weekly off, we may also have other national & festival holidays. 

If any of the products in your order has a future dispatch date, it shall be dispatched accordingly. All orders are sent through leading courier companies like Fedex Express, First Flight, DTDC etc. in a tamper proof packaging. Once the order is dispatched, we will send the tracking details by email & sms to the email address & mobile number provided by you during checkout. 

You can expect your order to reach you as per the estimates given below. 

Please note, these are only delivery estimates, and not a guarantee. Delivery times can be effected depending on various factors / certain unforeseen circumstances like fog, floods, earthquake, political disturbances, riots, curfew, war etc. and delivery can be delayed for an uncertain time. 

Remote Areas - All courier companies may not be able to deliver to all pin codes across India, if you are located in a remote area where our courier partners do not provide service, we will send the courier through India Post, due to which delivery may be delayed. 

Please Note : We do not offer "open delivery". You must accept the parcel by making the payment before you can open it. However, if you have any concerns related to the product, you can request for return as per our return policy.
